Lack of vitamin C, E and B complex, poor immunity and anemia are also prominent causes of dark circles. Below are some recipes that can be followed to make the face beautiful and attractive.

 Weigh almonds and poppy seeds and soak them in water for a long time so that they can be ground easily. Apply this paste on the whole face at night and wash your face in the morning. The shadows and spots on the face will be eliminated.

 Learn how to peel the oranges. Then grind them finely and use them as abton. The stains will be removed.

 Grinding lemon peel mixed with milk and applying it at night removes the spots.

 Add lemon juice, salt and black pepper powder to a glass of water and drink it at least three to four times a day.


 Regular use of vitamin C also reduces the risk of dark circles. Consume lots of lemons, oranges, green chillies and amla to get vitamin C-

 Make a powder of dried orange peels. Mix rose water in it and apply it on the face and wash it off after drying.

 Mix tomato, cucumber, cucumber and carrot juice in equal quantity and apply on the skin and wash the face after ten to twelve minutes. Do this at least twice a week-

 Soak some almonds in milk overnight. Peel them in the morning and grind them finely. Make a paste by adding a spoonful of orange juice to it and apply it on the face. Wash your face after twenty minutes. Doing this for a few days will get rid of dark circles.
